To participate, fill out entry form online. Scarecrows can go up 9/19-10/2. Each Scarecrow will be assigned a number. Please make the number large enough to be seen from the street. Please also name your scarecrow. Name can be smaller than the number. Scarecrows must be sturdy and anchored by T-posts or Rebar to withstand
